Your dedication to writing and your ability to spin anything into a fun and engaging story is literally so admirable to me 💖💖 I hadn’t posted online for years because of some particularly harsh criticism I got when I was younger, but you inspired me to post my newer stuff and I’m so glad I did! It’s such a breath of fresh air to be excited about writing again and have it GOING somewhere other than my files! Anyway, I love you Moddy, you’re absolutely amazing and keep being you!!
Obi-Wan/Anakin Time Travel Au.
When Anakin died on the Death Star, Obi-Wan tried to help Anakin become a force ghost, however Anakin was so swamped with guilt and shame that he pulled away, thinking he didn’t deserve that salvation.
Ironically when he pulled back, he pulled back too much, sending his memories and soul to when he was a child on Tatooine. He’s relieved to see his mother and is adamant to stay with her, but she notices he’s not the same. One day she walks into his room and sees Anakin as Darth Vader, the tall ominous shadow looming over her. It happens for a brief second but it nearly scares her to death.
Realizing he can’t play pretend with his mother anymore, and not wishing to harm her, Anakin decides he needs to go. He goes to a local rich slaver, kills him, frees his slaves, and takes his money. The slaves are happy to repay his debt and argee to get his mother to Padme, along with the part that Qui-Gon will need for the ship.
Then he leaves, traveling the galaxy and trying his best to undermine Sidious anyway he can but to also try and train himself as he is constantly being pulled between the light and dark side of the force. What he doesn’t realize though is that when he pulled his soul back, Obi-wan tried to grab him back, only to be brought back in time as well. He’s confused and not sure what to do but plays things out.
It’s when Shimi is brought before him and Qui-Gon with the part they need he realizes Anakin came back too. ((AND HOLY SHIT THIS IS GETTING LONG I WILL POST A PART TWO TO THIS IN WORD FORMAT))
