Pact Bound AU

When Obi-Wan touches the pact mark on Anakin’s neck, it has a very soothing and pleasant effect on him. It’s an innocent gesture at first, a simple touch to reassure him, or to help calm him down, but later it becomes very sexualized, and poor Anakin has to try hide how much it affects him.

Obi-Wan isn’t stupid though, and notices the way Anakin’s breath hitches, how his knees tremble as his hands ball into tight fists when Obi-Wan’s fingers trace the raised mark on his neck. At first Obi-Wan doesn’t admit that he knows, deviously pretending hes clueless as he watches Anakin squirm under his touch.

Also during the AU, Anakin tries many different things to cover the pact mark on his neck, such as scarves and bandannas., but they get in they way too much and he often rips them off several seconds after in frustration. Obi-Wan secretly get this band made for him, making sure it matches Anakin’s unique aesthetic, however when the band comes in he’s a bit disturbed by how much it resembles a collar.

He holds onto for month, tempted to just throw it away, but he doesn’t get a chance to when he finds Anakin holding it in his hands in the middle of their shared apartment. Obi-Wan just stands there, like a startled deer, not sure what to do. Anakin doesn’t look at him as he asks if Obi-Wan got this made for him.

When Obi-Wan nods, Anakin pinches his lips together, deep in thought before he slips it on.
