Dragon AU
It takes Anakin some time to learn how to take on a more human form after he is transformed. Obi-Wan helps him every step of the way, giving him the support he needs to help quell some of his new intense instincts. One thing that can’t be managed however is how ridiculously overprotective Anakin is now.
For the first few weeks back on missions, Anakin makes everyone sleep in the same room, one large enough where he can fully transform and curl protectively around the clones, Obi-Wan, and Ashoka to glare menically at anyone who dares intrude upon them. Ahsoka finds the whole thing utterly embarrassing.
It also becomes quite clear that Obi-Wan and Anakin can no longer be given separate mission, considering Anakin almost lost control and tore up the whole base in a frenzied panic attack. Obi-Wan is his most treasured possession after all.

So I wanted to tweak the Luke and Vader AU I posted a while ago.https://polarspaz.tumblr.com/post/162269042981/so-one-day-when-i-was-just-zoning-out-i-thought
The story is the same, Vader saves Luke from Tusken raiders when he’s like 2-3 years old, and takes him aboard an Imperial cruiser. In the few days that he’s there, Luke quickly worms his way into Vader’s heart. The boy trusts him so honestly that it cuts to Vader’s core and he cannot stand the thought of Palpatine ensnaring the young boy,
So Vader just hauls ass. Takes his Tie fighter with Luke and runs off without a word. Knowing that he’s really identifiable, Vader choses a remote forested planet to hide. The planet is not colonized due to the fierce wildlife there, but Vader’s aura is enough to keep them at bay. And so, Vader and luke begin to build a life there.
As the months go on, Vader/Anakin begins to notice that he doesn’t need his mask to breath as often, his skin starts to feel softer and in a delightful surprise his hair is growing back. Anakin is bewildered as in a span of a couple years he’s back to being fully healthy (though he still lacks his limbs) and he even is looking as young as he was before this whole disaster started.
It’s only then that he realizes why this is happening. Luke’s force power is overflowing constantly. The trauma the young boy suffered with the Tusken Raiders damaged his ability to contain his force powers insider himself. So Luke is always projecting a HUGE amount of positive force energy, every single second.
That energy was more than enough to heal Anakin and in a way it was also helped them hide from Palpatine’s awareness. Anway this scene above is when Luke is about seven or eight years old. Right before Obi-Wan stumbles upon them…
