Cody looked down at this red headed jedi, realizing he was not reacting to the tea he was offering. His eyes were closed, body relaxed. With a sigh, Cody gently tapped the base of Obi-wan’s chair.

“Excuse me, Commander. This is a Jedi Council meeting.” He repressed the glare that he wanted to throw their way.

“My apologies, generals. We finished a 2 month long campaign last night. Needless to say, we are rather tired.” Obi-wan gingerly took the cup, enjoying the warmth in his hands. “I was simply bringing General Kenobi something to help him wake up for the duration of the meeting.”

“Thank you, Cody.” It was nearly a whisper, Cody could see the fatigue on his general’s face, the dark circles under his eyes, he guessed he looked somewhat similar. It had been a long campaign, and he knew there would be more. There was always more.
