So, in the cellbonding au, this is set just before aotc right – what haopens with that? Is Obi-Wan pregnant when he finds the clones? How do they react? How does Dooku? Does anakin have to deal with someone(Jango?) openly flirting with his clearly bonded master in front of him? Does Anakin confess the pregnancy to his close friend Chancellor Palpatine, and then start dreaming of Obi-Wan dying in childbirth? I love this AU!

Oh Anakin is going to kill his
bondmate.

Well not kill. Trap him in his lap and
cling to Obi-Wan until the other realizes how scared he’s made
Anakin.

Yes that sounds better.

Slapping his hands on the console he
got the ship started and glanced gratefully at Padme. “Thank you
for doing this.”

“He’s your mate, I understand,
really.” She pressed her lips togheter. “I still can’t believe
he went on a chase while pregnant.”

“I know! I should have stayed!
Obi-Wan is such a…” He took a deep breath then laughed a bit.
“…Of course he did it. Its Obi-Wan.” He grinned a bit at the
console. “He’s never one for being cooped up and we’ve been
doing our best to coop him up.”

“We?”

“The order, his friends…me. Of
course he’s going to go on some wild chase and end up actually
finding things.” Anakin ran his hand through his short spikes. “I
am still going to trap him in my lap when I find him, fair warning.
At least his current state would make it harder for people to flirt
with him, so that’s one worry off my back.”

Padme chuckled softly.

Stepping away from Jango’s hands,
Obi-Wan forced a slight smile. “Flattered as a I am, I’m rather
happy with my bonded.” He slid his hands into his sleeves to avoid
putting his hands on the curve of his stomach.

“Oh? Sure you don’t want to have
some fun? Can’t really smell this bonded of off yours on you.”
The bounty hunter leered and Obi-Wan barely avoided bristling.

“I’m quite sure.”

“…Okay, forget trapping him in my
lap, I’m going to spank him.” Anakin grumbled even as they were
lead into the stadium, watching Obi-Wan with pursed lips as the
redhead was tugging on the restrains on his wrists.

And then turned sheepish and a bit
annoyed when he saw Anakin.

With his arms above his head, his
clothes had pulled taunt to reveal the little bulge that was their
children and Anakin’s instincts were itching at him to get Obi-Wan
out of the sun, into the shade and to safety.

“This is just brilliant.” Obi-Wan
sighed quietly and shifted a bit.

“You went on a wild taun-taun chase
that was something. The council themselves told you to remain in the
temple.” Anakin accused even as his arms were pulled up against the
pole too, glaring at his mate.

“Well I was getting antsy! Do you
have any idea how little I’ve done these few month? Creche duty is
not my idea of a good time.” Obi-Wan huffed and looked away.

“Well excuse us and especially me for
wanting to keep you safe” Anakin rolled his eyes.

“Oh don’t you pull that, I was
perfectly capable at going on a few missions to milder climates for
trade disputes and negotiations. There was nothing wrong with me
leaving the temp-”

“AHEM!” Both jerked to and Obi-Wan
colored a bit under the raised brow of Count Dooku, shifting a bit on
his feet.

“I see you’re both very familiar
with each other.”

“Considering he’s my mate, then
yes.” Anakin huffed and looked back at Obi-Wan. “And said mate
was suppose to remain at the temple and look after himself but
instead decided to run of around and endanger himself AND the baby?”

“Can we NOT have a spat in front of a
stadium of Geonosians and Count Dooku and whoever else is here?”
Obi-Wan groaned before tilting his head to look at Padme. “Apologies
Senator.”

“Oh, I’m just enjoying the show.”
She offered almost cheerfully, smirking back at him and Obi-Wan
sulked a bit.

“So you weren’t joking when you
said you were mated.” Jango drawled and Obi-Wan huffed even as
Jango continued to leer at him beside Dooku.

“…” Anakin visibly twitched and
gave a sharp growl before glaring at Obi-Wan, who shrugged in return.

“I told him I was mated.”

“We are having a SERIOUS
conversation. Later.”

“There will be no later for any of
you.” Dooku’s haunty tone came.

Pressing his lips to the cold
durasteel, Obi-Wan slowly shifted closer to his mate, knowing Anakin
would need the comfort.

“You are sure you don’t mind?”
Anakin drowsily questioned while wrapping his flesh arm around the
others waist, resting his hand on the others stomach with care.

“If I did, I wouldn’t be holding
it.” Obi-Wan murmured quietly, nuzzling the metal and then peering
at him. “I’m…sorry. For leaving the temple alone. I’m not
sorry I went but I’m sorry I did it alone.”

“Should have known you would, weeks
of being cooped up…” The younger man grumbled before tugging on
the other until Obi-Wan laid down against him in the medical bed.
Obi-Wan went willingly and curled around the bigger body, still
stroking the hand.

“It was honestly making me go a bit
insane.”

“If we can make sure you’d be
safe…perhaps you can be on the battle lines but you’re not going
on the frontlines.” Anakin grumbled.

“But I’d be out there?”

“Until you get to heavy at least.”
Anakin sighed, knowing that restricting Obi-Wan could be as bad as
outright stopping him. “I was really worried about you.”

“And I for you.” Obi-Wan pressed a
kiss to the others cheek then lifted his head when the door slid open
to admit Mace into the room. “Well?”

“We are at war.” He offered
resignedly, the three looking at each other.

Subconsciously, Anakin’s arm
tightened around Obi-Wan.

Can we have more of the three possible father’s universe? The baby is Qui-Gon’s right?? pls

He was a bit chilled as a warm robe was dropped around him, smelling
familiar as it drew Obi-Wan out of his half asleep state where he had
been trying to meditate in the garden. But the robe dropped around
him made him open his eyes and look up in surprise, blinking up at
Qui-Gon.

“Qui?” He mumbled sleepily.

“You looked cold Obi-Wan. You’re not suppose to sleep in the
meditation gardens you know.” The older man smiled before settling
down in front of him, knees lightly brushing.

Obi-Wan blinked at him, unsure what to say as he pulled the robe more
tightly around himself as the warmth of the robe closed around him
and Qui-Gon’s scent. “I didn’t mean to, I just didn’t get
enough sleep last night.”

“I see, any particular reason?”

“The baby decided that it wanted to rest against my bladder.”
Obi-Wan shrugged a bit and peered at the other under the hood.

“I see, that is reason not to get enough sleep.” Qui-Gon hummed
before hesitating, glancing at the now visible curve of Obi-Wan’s
stomach. “It seems to be growing well.”

“It is fifteen weeks old. Almost four months.” Obi-Wan cautiously
pointed out. He had waited and waited for Qui-Gon to get back to him
only to hear that the Council had sent him away on a week long
mission that.

Obi-Wan had wondered then what the other would do when he came back.

Wondered what Qui-Gon was thinking.

It had left him a few lonely days in bed during the night and he had
spent a lot of time with Mace, Luminara and Bant when they had the
time for him. A few hours had been spared for Anakin too, the two
catching up and Obi-Wan offering the younger man support about Padme
and their break.

Now Qui-Gon was back, had actively seemed to hunt him down from the
sight of it.

Had wrapped Obi-Wan in his robe.

“You look healthier if that’s a comfort.” Qui-Gon murmured,
eyes still focused on the swell. “You looked…gaunt during the
war. Commander Cody worried about your weight loss quite a bit.”

Obi-Wan snorted a bit and rubbed the fabric of the robe between his
fingers, feeling the roughness of it. “Of course he did. That man
is a motherhen.”

“Well you did kind of need it, the amount of risks you took.”
Qui-Gon chuckled quietly, shifting closer.

Obi-Wan felt his heart lodge in his throat, peering at the older man
through his fringes. “What was it used to tell me? I follow the
will of the Force?” He smiled quietly.

“Oh really, deflecting my own words at me.” The older man hummed,
reaching out and cupping the others left cheek, stroking gently at
the thin skin beneath Obi-Wan’s eye.

The copper haired Jedi leaned into the touch.

“I feel I should apologize Obi-Wan.” Came soft words tinged with
regret. “I feel like I ran away from what was a rather serious
conversation.”

“It was startling. I get it. Honestly.”

“It still wasn’t fair for me to run away on a mission and to stay
away even after.” Qui-Gon teased the skin slowly. “Especially
when you needed me.”

Obi-Wan didn’t argue against that.

Honestly he did need the other at least a little bit if only for the
comfort.

“Have you…had enough time to think?”

“I have.”

“And?”

“And if you’d still have me in your life, I’d be honored to
stay there in whatever way you’d let me.” Qui-Gon smiled at him.

“In whatever way huh…and what if that was as a friend?” Obi-Wan
peered at him.

“Then that’s your right. You aren’t beholden to me Obi-Wan.”

Obi-Wan peered at the other man as he continued stroking the skin
beneath his eye with his thumb, Qui-Gon watching him in return.

“You’d…have me like this?” Obi-Wan pointedly glanced down at
his stomach.

“I still love you. The child might not be mine. But I’ll treat
them as if they are anyhow because they deserve to be loved
regardless of parentage.” Qui-Gon reached out with his free hand,
settling it on Obi-Wan’s stomach, giving it a little rub.

The younger man gave a smile that slowly grew at the touch before he
shifted closer to his former love, leaning in and pecking him on the
lips. “Then I’ll take you back Qui-Gon. Trial run, dates,
courting…the whole thing.”

Qui-Gon chuckled and shifted enough to draw the other into his lap
and kiss him sweetly. “The whole thing.” He agreed softly against
the others lips as Obi-Wan slid his fingers into the silvering mane
of the others hair.

Sorry if you got this already, but I’m never sure with Tumblr… If you don’t mind, could you do one where a heavily pregnant and injured Obi-Wan is captured by pirates or something and Anakin has to rescue him. Thanks!

Just a trip to Alderaan, some relaxation, visiting friends, a break
from the stress of the temple and the pollution of Coruscant.

Fresh clean air for both himself and the baby.

Anakin’s hopeful, worried face as he presented the idea to him,
Mace nodding encouragingly in the back while Yoda was quietly
cackling at Obi-Wan being caught between a rock and a hard place. His
lover and his friend being absolute wretched people to convince him
to go to Alderaan to see Bail and Breha.

Obi-Wan had given in.

Seeing Breha sounded lovely and the trip to Alderaan with Bail had
been nice, catching up with the other man face to face instead over
the comm.

‘Go see Breha Obi-Wan. It will be good for you Obi-Wan. You could
have fresh Alderaanian pears Obi-Wan. The baby would be good with
some proper fresh clean air Obi-Wan. Please Obi-Wan, for me?’ He
ranted mentally even as he bit in the whimper of pain that wanted to
escape him.

Obviously he hadn’t managed as good as he thought as Bail instantly
focused on him, the Senator’s eyes full of worry. “Obi-Wan?” He
questioned only to grunt when a blaster was placed against his
temple.

“No talking.” The man grunted before giving Obi-Wan a small leer
that turned him cold.

Luckily the man stepped away, going back to his guarding of the
prisoners when they quieted down.

Pirates had boarded the ship when they had moved out of hyperspace
and Obi-Wan, six months pregnant, heavy and slowed down, had been no
help though he had tried.

The guards had tried their best and Obi-Wan had done his part
valiantly until he took a heavy blow to the stomach after a blaster
impact had come fearfully close to his head and sprayed him with
large chunks of shrapnel from the durasteel panels that downed him to
the floor.

After that he had lost grip of time except for when Bail helping him
as carefully as possible to sit up only for the pirates to painfully
pull Obi-Wan’s arms back and tie his wrists and taking his
lightsaber away as they gave Bail, the crew and guards the same
treatment.

The Jedi gave the Senator as an assuring smile as he could muster
though he was pretty sure that a bloody and bruised Jedi Master was
not a reassuring sight at all. Not to mention pregnant.

He may also have a concussion from the shrapnel impact but Obi-Wan
wasn’t entirely sure without touching his head and since his fifth
month into the pregnancy his grip on the Force had been a bit
tumultuous at best.

He shifted a bit closer to Bail and leaned against his friends side.

‘Anakin…’ He let his blood covered head drop onto the others
shoulder. If they survived this, he’d apologize for smearing the
expensive fabric with blood but everything ached and he was starting
to feel so tired.

He jerked to when the ship rocked from an impact, eyes snapping open
as he lifted his head only to hiss in pain as the blood had dried and
glued his wound and skin to Bail’s shirt. “Wha-”

“A attack.” Bail offered as quietly as he could while the pirates
were running around. “From who I don’t know yet but they aren’t
pleased.”

“Rivals or rescue…” Obi-Wan frowned.

“They haven’t sent of the ransom demand yet, they were still
arguing while you were passed out.”

“Still?”

“They were trying to figure out if you were worth anything to the
order.” Bail pressed his lips together. “Or if they should
jettison you since you were a Jedi. One less threat.” Obi-Wan felt
cold at that and if his hands were free he would have wrapped them
around the swell of his aching stomach.

“Ah.” What else could he say past the ache in his head and the
worry that made bile rise up to his throat.

A telltale hum what felt like hours later made Obi-Wan close his eyes
in relief. “That’s a lightsaber.” He breathed out and Bail gave
him a small smile. “How much you want to wager its Skywalker coming
to our rescue?”

“Bail…”

“You two have an amazing connection. It wouldn’t surprise me if
he felt an uprising in the Force and had a bad feeling as you say.”

A small breath, aking to a laugh, escaped Obi-Wan.

They could only wait and see.

Or well the others could because suddenly Obi-Wan could feel Anakin
through the Force, his lovers signature brushing out against him with
Bant’s following moments later. “I guess you were right. Force,
that man…” He breathed out.

Whatever else Obi-Wan had been about to say was cut of when the
captain of the pirates grabbed him by the arm and dragged him to his
feet, pulling him along while placing the blaster to Obi-Wan’s
ribs. Obi-Wan stumbled along even as Bail gave a shout of protest
that was abruptly cut off by the door closing behind them.

Dragged through the hallways, Obi-Wan stumbled as best he could,
coming closer and closer to the sound of blaster fire and lightsaber
hum.

“EVERYONE FREEZE!”  The man shouted as they arrived where the
fighting was happening, several pirates already on the ground.

“Obi-Wan!” Anakin froze before his face twisted into an angry
grimace at the state of his lover. He took a step forward only for
the pirate to dig the blaster into Obi-Wan’s ribs harder.

It served as the warning it was meant to be and Anakin froze.

However, Obi-Wan couldn’t see Bant.

He could feel her. But not see the Mon Calamari.

“That’s it, just stay right there or he and the little one may
have to pay the price.” The captain sneered as a few of the downed
pirates got up. Most were dead on the floor with saber burns through
them. “Drop your weapon.”

Anakin glowered at him but did as told, dropping his lightsaber.

“Kick it over here.”

His glare gaining more heat, Anakin once again did as told, kicking
it to the pirate captain. “Good Jedi. Tie him up.” The captain
gestured to one of the survivors.

And then he cried out in pain and shock as a second lightsaber sliced
his arm clean of, the blaster falling to the floor.

Anakin was instantly on the move and Obi-Wan pressed himself to the
shuttle wall, holding his breath as he found out where Bant had gone.
She had been waiting in ambush.

Without their captain to give orders, the pirates started to head for
the escape pods in an attempt to get away, others outright
surrendered.

There was a moment of quiet and then Anakin was in front of him, warm
hands cupping his bloody face and making him look up into worried
blue eyes. “Obi-Wan.” The other breathed out.

“Anakin…thank the Force.” He leaned into the younger man. “Bail
and the crew, they’re in the upper deck an-”

“I’ll deal with it Obi-Wan. Skywalker, take care of him.” Bant
offered quickly, being professional so Anakin could stay with his
pregnant lover.

Anakin nodded quickly and gratefully before brushing his fingers over
the dried blood on Obi-Wan’s face and hissing. “That sleemo is
lucky Bant got to him first…oh Obi-Wan…is there a medbay on
here?”

“I don’t know. There’s a medical kit in the crew lounge?”

Carefully guiding the Jedi Master along to the lounge, Anakin felt
the distressed little glow inside of Obi-Wan slowly calm down as
Obi-Wan started to calm down. “Then we reach the medical kit first
for the worst of it. If there’s no medbay, we reach Alderaan and a
medsenter there.”

“Alright.” Obi-Wan let himself be guided along, feeling the soft
fluttery kicks inside of himself. ‘Its alright little one…we’re
safe…daddy’s here.’

though he was pretty sure that a bloody and bruised Jedi Master was
not a reassuring sight at all.

Omega ObiWan who’s bonded to Anakin and Padme decides to run away at Mustafar instead of fighting. Que Anakin chasing after his remaining mate only to catch up to him months later because Obiwan CAN’T run away anymore, he’s six/seven months pregnant, heavy and all he really wants is to curl up in his mates arms despite the galaxy gone to hell in a handbasket.

Leaning against the wall, Anakin kept a close eye on the med-droid as
it gave Obi-Wan the necessary hyposprays the other man had missed or
been unable to get while running. Through the entire thing Obi-Wan
remained unaware as he slept, getting precious moments of rest with
his hands tucked up by his head and his face slack from sleep.

Still he looked terribly pale with deep dark bangs underneath his
eyes and Anakin felt a painful throb in his stomach despite the
satisfaction that he finally had Obi-Wan back with him. He let his
yellow gaze trail lower to the visible swell of Obi-Wan’s stomach
where a bright innocent light shone.

His child. Obi-Wan’s child.

Padme was gone but Obi-Wan was still alive.

And so was the unexpected life twitching beneath Obi-Wan’s heart.

When his informants had given him Obi-Wan’s location, he hadn’t
been sure what to expect, especially since Obi-Wan had been found on
Nal Hutta of all places in the galaxy. But this had not been it.

His copper haired mate, six months pregnant and in pain, barely able
to get out of bed at the inn he had tracked his weakened signature
to. And Obi-Wan begging to be held, wrapping his arms tightly around
Anakin’s shoulders while quietly requesting his need for support
because he wasn’t strong enough to get up on his own.

Rage had given way for worry. His desire to discipline given way for
the need to protect and tend to.

Anxiety crawling through him, Anakin had supported Obi-Wan to the
shuttle, whispering quiet assurances as they walked past troopers
until Anakin had just lifted the other man into his arms and marched
forward as he held his mate to him.

He hadn’t let go until Obi-Wan was safely settled into bed.

Only then had he let go long enough to call for a med-droid as he was
unsure how Obi-Wan would react to a clone medic and fetch Obi-Wan a
ration bar along with water.

Carefully he had encouraged the other to eat before making him lay
down.

And perhaps he had used a Force suggestion to make sure he fell
asleep.

But…honestly who could blame him?

“Lord Vader, master Kenobi appears to be in a fragile condition.”
The Sith lord focused on the droid, eyes glowing.

“Explain.” His tone was clipped.

“Though
having cared for himself and his child as best he could, it appears
that master Kenobi has been partially starving throughout his
pregnancy.” The droid offered in its monotone voice. “He has also
missed several
obstetrician
appointment and
injections. Several of the usual pregnancy symptoms has therefor been
exaggerated by the lack of nourishment and healthcare.”

Anakin took a deep breath to calm his
initial spike of panic. “And what does that mean for the child and
Obi-Wan?”

“Currently the fetus is
underdeveloped. Continued care and proper nutrient will solve the
issues for the child. Master Kenobi will need longer care of varied
nature to improve his condition and it will only be permanently
solved after birth. He is currently having pelvic girdle pain and
aquatic exercise is recommended along with acupuncture for some ease.
We will compile a folder for you to read and suggestions for
treatments and a dietary plan.”

Anakin growled a bit but nodded, “Send
it the moment its done.”

“As Lord Vader commands.” The
med-droid rolled out.

Anakin took a sharp breath then moved
to the bed, carefully stroking Obi-Wan’s hair until the redhead
opened his eyes.

“Uh?” Sleep dazed eyes focused on
him slowly and Anakin gave a half smile.

“I’m sorry for waking you. But do
you want to change into a soft robe? Or at least get out of what
you’re currently wearing?” He continued stroking the dirty copper
hair slowly as Obi-Wan thought it over, yawning a bit before he
nodded.

“Yes please…c-could you help me?”
He questioned, flustering a bit.

“Of course.” The sith quickly
helped Obi-Wan sit up on the bed and then knelt down, divesting
Obi-Wan of boots and socks first.

As he did he gave the swollen ankles a
gentle squeeze before looking up at the exhausted, worn out
expression of his mate.

A possessiveness curled around his
heart like a krayt dragon around its egg. ‘He’s not leaving me
again.’

A possessiveness curled around his
heart like a krayt dragon around its egg. ‘He’s not leaving me
again.’

I’m loving the VaderWan series! And the potential baby names are perfect. So I was thinking… what if Obi-Wan had triplets? Qui-Gon, Shmi, and Padme?

“No
wonder it was so straining on him.” Anakin frowned thunderously at
the doctors. “And why in Force name did no one tell me there were
two?” He gestured to the basin where Luke and Leia were peering
into in awe.

“We
were not aware Emperor Vader.” The healer offered nervously. “If
I may presume, perhaps two fetuses were implanted in case one did not
take. It shows remarkable
constitution of Master Kenobi that he managed to carry both to term
despite his problems in the later months. The
smaller sibling must have hid behind the larger one when scanned.”

‘Problems.’
Anakin inwardly growled while glowering at the healer. ‘He could
hardly walk for the pain and he kept being nauseous.’ He took a
deep breath then shooed away the healers. “I’ll all if we need
anymore assistance.” He growled shortly, turning back to his grown
family as they bowed their way out.

“Daddy,
they look squishy.” Luke blinked up at him with big blue eyes while
Leia was poking at a tiny pink foot that had escaped the blankets.

“They
were born today. Say hello to your little siblings little ones.”
Anakin moved over, picking both up while peering down into the basin
at the tiny sleeping creatures that were his children. He had not had
this with Luke and Leia, both had been two when he had collected
them.

Qui-Gon
was smaller then his sister but chubbier, there was already a patch
of copper hair curled on the top of his head and Anakin’s lips
twitched in pleasure at the thought of him sporting the same green
eyes as Obi-Wan.

Shmi
however seemed to have taken after Anakin, blond wisps curled on her
soft head with her little foot exposed. Anakin would have to tuck it
in when he set the kids down.

Both
were a fleshy pink, wrinkled and carefully swaddled together in the
same basin to keep an eye on them.

“Does
that mean we’re big sisters and big brothers now?” Leia continued
peeking down at them.

“Indeed
little ones.”

Luke
made a tiny noise and shuffled in Anakin’s arms. “Will daddy Obi
be alright?” He looked worriedly
to the masterbed, blue eyes wide.

“He
will, he just needs to rest.” Anakin assured his two mischievous
suns. “The babies took a lot of energy out of him and now he needs
to sleep while the bacta heals him. You both remember what bacta is
right?”

He got
two solemn
nods. “Now, lets go find Nanny Ira. Daddy has to take care of daddy
Obi and make sure he’s alright.” He walked towards the doors,
knowing he’d find her outside the door, waiting on the kids. “And
its about high time for you two to go to bed.”

Twin
whines echoed but they didn’t argue, making Anakin chuckle as he
carefully handed the two five years old over to the nanny with a nod.

She
gave a slight curtsy, taking both by the hands. “Come along little
one, time for a night snack and a bath then bed.”

Anakin
got a kiss goodnight from both and then he let them head for their
own rooms, smiling a bit before he turned back into the room and made
his way back to the basin and bed, settling on the bedside to watch
Obi-Wan in his drug induced rest.

The
Jedi was a bit pale but that
was to be expected since he had been cut open for the babies to be
removed. ‘He’s fine. He’s alive. He just needs a convalescence
period and he’ll be just fine.’ He reminded himself sharply
before reaching out and carefully pulling down the sheets, smiling a
bit when he found Obi-Wan’s hands resting on his ribs.

Slowly
he pushed up the medical gown he had been dressed in and touched the
bandages of the others still swollen stomach. Bacta would do its job
but…

Focusing
carefully, Anakin brought the Force to bear and used his limited
knowledge in healing to sooth irritation and sore flesh beneath the
bandages, eyes focused on the stretchmarks
the bandages did not cover.

Obi-Wan
had been embarrassed about those to begin with until Anakin had
assured that he didn’t care, that they were just a mark of the
baby. Babies…

He
glanced to the basin. That was going to take some time to get used
to, he had honestly only expected one.

“Ani?”
A drowsy voice questioned and the Sith’s eyes snapped to the half
lidded eyes barely focused on him. “Baby?”

“Babies,
there were two Obi-Wan.” Anakin murmured, shifting the gown back in
place and pulling the covers back up to keep the other warm.

“Oh…two?”

“Yes.
A boy and a girl.”

Drug
dazed green eyes blinked at him and Anakin chuckled quietly before
reaching out and stroking his cheek with soft care. “No wonder you
had such difficulties.”

“Oh…I
feel really off.”

“Its
the pain medication. You should be better once you had a good long
rest and let it work itself out. By then the bacta would have healed
the c-section cut and your internal systems should have eased some.”

Obi-Wan
hummed at that, leaning into the hand stroking his face. “…No
more babies Anakin. I don’t think…” He took a shaking breath.

The
blond shifted closer, making a low shushing noise. “No, no more
babies Obi-Wan. Two is more then enough from you. Its one more then I
expected.” He assured. Obi-Wan was not going to get any younger,
implanting another fetus was not the best of ideas in case a second
pregnancy was even worse.

The
redhead let out a relieved breath at that and leaned into the touch
before trying to shift onto his side.

“Hey,
no. Don’t.” Anakin placed firm hands on the others shoulders. “Do
you want to see them? I can bring them to you but you stay right
there, among the pillows, resting.” He stressed the last word.

“Please
let me see them?” Obi-Wan blinked up at him, his drug lowered
shields exposing his vulnerableness
to Anakin.

“You
only have to ask my own.” Anakin stroked his cheek again before
shifting to pull the basin closer and lift a small bundle, carefully
fitting Shmi into her carriers arms before lifting Qui-Gon up and
holding him for Obi-Wan to see both.

Obi-Wan
blinked, arms wrapped around Shmi as he looked between the two. “Both
of them were inside me?” He marveled and Anakin chuckled at the
other, a bit amused by the awe. ‘He’s really still out of it from
the drugs..’ He smiled.

“Yes
my own. They were. This little one was hiding behind his bigger
sister.” He lifted the little boy in his arms.

“Sounds
like a ringer for Qui-Gon really.” Obi-Wan nuzzled at Shmi.
“…They are very pink.”

“Yes
they are.”

“And
wrinkly.”

“Mhmm.”

“…Like
hairless and tailless rats.”

“Obi-Wan.”
Anakin let out a startled laugh as green eyes focused on him,
blinking a bit.

“My
rats though.” He snuggled Shmi.

“I
regret not taping you, just so I could show you this later.” He
grinned, yellow eyes glittering as he held Qui-Gon.

Obi-Wan
just huffed.
