Can we have more of the benefit of sweet au with quigon arriving on serreno where Dooku and his mate Jocasta Nu are excited about another grand baby.

Dropping
the bag to the platform Qui-Gon sweeps his mate into his arms instead
as he gets within distance to the redhead, pressing his face into
Obi-Wan’s neck and feeling the other return the gesture as they
cling to each other with Obi-Wan’s feet swaying a bit off the floor
as he whines and nips lightly at his neck.

“I
do hope you two aren’t going to put on a display here at the
platform boys.” A voice
drawled with some amusement and Qui-Gon settled his mate down on the
ground with a mildly embarrassed smile towards his former master.

“Apologies
Yan, we have missed each other.” He rumbled out while keeping
Obi-Wan against his body, just feeling the warmth of the others body
and smelling his scent.

Yan
rolled his eyes but gestured towards the speeder waiting for them.
“Well if you two are ready, its time to go? I imagine you two would
like some private time and Jocasta has a lovely casserole ready for
all of us.” He smirked.

Glancing
down to see Obi-Wan rubbing his cheek against his chest, Qui-Gon
smiled softly. “That sounds wonderful.”

()()()

Jocasta
was a lovely alpha woman, Qui-Gon had always thought so even as she
ran the Jedi archive back in time with a durasteel fist and a skilled
mind but that skill did not extend to to cooking unfortunately.

At
least Obi-Wan could beg himself away from the slightly too lumpy
burned meal by claiming pregnancy nausea.

Qui-Gon
honestly suspected she may be doing it a bit on purpose to mess with
Yan at times. But well he wasn’t about to call her out on that,
Force knew that she could whop him in the salle and if he insulted
her cooking skills if she wasn’t doing it on purpose then he was
liable to getting thrown around.

At
least after meal he could beg himself away and cuddle up with Obi-Wan
in their
bed.

He
hadn’t changed a bit.

Still
Obi-Wan, still the same length of hair, no swelling of the stomach
and no change to his scent.

The
only real change was clothes that were now soft and colored, a soft
silky blue tunic with cotton leggings, all provided by Yan to look
after the other omega.

“Missed
you,” Qui-Gon finally whispered against the others neck, spooning
his omega tightly to his body under a warm duvet. “I slept with
your tunic every night, even on the transport.” Qui-Gon confessed
in a quiet rumble with his
hand resting on Obi-Wan’s chest, his omegas hand over Qui-Gon’s
large one with their fingers laced.

“I
missed you too, specially on the trip to Serenno.” Obi-Wan squirmed
back against him a bit and let out a soft noise as
he squeezed the hand carefully in his.

Pressing
an apologetic kiss to his cheek, Qui-Gon stroked the
others chest with his thumb.
“I know, I forgot that you need tactile touch in
trying times, perhaps
we should have gone together.” He sighed deeply. Honestly he was
more concerned about getting Obi-Wan to safety back then before they
were properly discovered and he may have rushed it a bit.

“Its
alright Qui-Gon, I got here and Jocasta and Yan have been looking out
for me pretty well.” Obi-Wan chuckled quietly before closing his
eyes. “Jocasta has also been following after me with vitamins.”

Outright
laughing at that, Qui-Gon squeezed the other to him. “I’m not
surprised,” He gave Obi-Wan’s ear a playful nip that gained him a
squeak. “Both of them are excited to become grandparents and want
you to be healthy.” He smiled into warm
skin.

Snorting
a bit, Obi-Wan tilted his head enough to glance at him even though
his neck was in an awkward angle. “Chasing me with vitamins is a
bit much.” He said wryly.

“At
least she cares.” Qui-Gon chortled warmly and settled, ready to
sleep with his mate for the first time in two weeks, legs mingled
together and their bodies pressed against each other.

Royal Protector- Time for Poppy’s presentation at court!!!!

“Now announcing
Princess Poppy Evangeline Jinn, Star Princess to the house of Jinn,
daughter of Emperor Qui-Gon Jinn and Lord Obi-Wan Kenobi!” The
announcer boomed out and Obi-Wan wished this part could be skipped as
Poppy squirmed in his arms in discomfort, the rush of voices that
tried to get a peek at her as they settled down in their seats as
their newest princess was finally announced to the court.

But it was
tradition.

Wrapped up in soft
white cotton, Poppy was at least comfortably warm as the first of the
nobles of the kingdom came forward with their gifts, bowing while
throwing curious eyes to Poppy where she was tucked up in Obi-Wan’s
arms, most of her shielded except her round little face and squishy
nose that was already bearing the resemblance to Qui-Gon’s though
not as hooked since Qui-Gon had actually broken his hawk nose at some
point making it even more crooked.

He was grateful
only Qui-Gon was required to actually talked to these snobs but at
least Count Mace was there along with Breha and Bail.

They were among the
few he actually liked socializing with of the nobles since they were
genuinely wonderful people and had functioning heads not filled with
powders and desire for riches and power.

Far of he could
hear the cannon salute to announce to everyone that a new royal was
formally added and he stroked Poppy’s cheek tenderly as he caught
Anakin looking longingly at her from a distance.

Anakin was proving
himself quite the protective and loving big brother and if he could
get away with it, he would be the one holding Poppy that moment
Obi-Wan figured.

‘Maybe later,
once we’re all dining. He’s ever so fond of her.’ Obi-Wan
thought in satisfaction to himself because for a while he had worried
about a potential jealousy from Anakin’s side.

It never arrived.

Anakin adored his
younger sibling.

“I’m still
amazed you managed to lure Yan back.” Qui-Gon murmured in a quiet
aside to Obi-Wan, his eyes following the path of the white haired,
distinguished male as he made his way through the crowd quietly.

“The news of a
daughter and possible heir made a good argument for his return.”
Obi-Wan replied back, his own eyes on Asajj as she was near one of
the darker pillars where Knight Rex was standing guard over her and hiding her from view from her former employer.

She wasn’t wholly
free to come and go as she wanted just yet, her allegiance very much
troubling but Obi-Wan was willing to extend an olive branch as long
as that branch came with a few capable knights like the Fett family.

Not to mention his
own sparrows who had a few Fett members in it too.

What could he say,
the Fett’s had ever proved to be skilled and he’d be an idiot to
not extend the sparrow invite to at least a few of them.

To his side Qui-Gon
made a small hum of understanding before resuming his duty as regent
and father, greeting the gift givers with benevolent smiles.

Obi-Wan meanwhile
threw his eyes up and to the side, watching the upper floor where
shadows moved quietly.

Lord Protector had
become a Lord Prince consort instead, he could no longer move in the
shadows and observe quietly but had to engage with the nobles
filled with cotton in their heads and schemes behind smiling teeth.

That didn’t mean
he couldn’t entrust others to take the job that had once been his
and he hid a small smirk as he saw Fives peer suspiciously at someone
from the shadows of a curtain before he moved on.

Well, it was nice
to see that Echo and Fives were together up there.

‘Now lets net us
some traitors.’ He tucked Poppy into the crook of his arm, eyes
gleaming steely at the guests, taking note of exactly where Palpatine
and his cohorts were.

Cat cuddles- Obi and Ani celebrate!!!

It was almost
embarrassing how the holo of Anakin settling Obi-Wan onto his feet
only to drop to his own knees and rub his cheek to the felinoide’s
stomach while cooing and baby talking to the only lightly pudgy area
on live holo where it was recorded for prosperity was pretty much
spread out over Coruscant and was spreading out into the galaxy.

Of course not all
the news of it was good from the interview.

The rally cry for
some were still that Obi-Wan’s people were savages, mere beast able
to speak and therefor should not have the rights of sentient as
Obi-Wan’s own behavior had proven during the attack if he couldn’t
control himself.

And yet the rally
cry in return rose.

Obi-Wan’s shy
smile as he petted Anakin’s hair, his glistening eyes as he hugged
his mate and the well spoken way he had conducted himself.

And who would not
protect their own family in the face of an attack?

Did not the term
‘mama-bear’ exist for a reason?

How felinoides were
denied the rights because their planet was destroyed and made them
nomades in the galaxy where they were taken by slavers and pirates to
sell and even civilized areas considering them mere pets most of the
time with only a few notable exceptions like Jedi felinoides.

The rallying cry
was rising on both ends, both sides pulling up both the negative and
the positive, both sides pulling out examples of the felinoides.

But Obi-Wan wasn’t
hearing any of that right now as he sat curled into Anakin’s side,
their apartment full of well-wishers with gift and Anakin almost
ridiculously preening as he beams at everyone while rubbing Obi-Wan’s
ears and side.

It would be
ridiculously if Obi-Wan wasn’t equally preening, glowing with
happiness.

“Do
you know how many?” Padme questioned, sitting on the opposite couch
with a plate resting on her lap of hastily arranged hors
d’oeuvre. “I know that felinoides tend to have more than one
at once, something about ancestors having litters and so.” She
explained for a confused Anakin’s benefit.

Shaking his head while sipping at a
glass of juice Anakin had got for him, Obi-Wan smiled. “I only
recently discovered it honestly. I was intending to tell Anakin
during the dinner we were so rudely interrupted at and take it from
there.” He confessed quietly, flickering his ear while curling his
tail around his mate’s leg.

“We need to arrange obstetrician
appointments then,” Anakin said, sounding a bit dazed. Delighted
but dazed as if the reality of the situation was hitting him and
Obi-Wan laughed quietly, rubbing his cheek on the others shoulder.
“And vitamins and new clothes and-” Obi-Wan pressed his hand over
his lover’s mouth to cut the panic.

Chuckling a bit too, Padme raised her
glass to them. “Regardless congratulation once more you
ridiculously happy man.”

Giving her a sappy smile while pushing
Obi-Wan’s hand down, Anakin pulled Obi-Wan closer to him while
resting a possessive hand over the little stomach pudge. “I’m
gonna be a dad.” He said smugly despite his momentary panic just
seconds ago.

Pressing a kiss to Anakin’s cheek,
Obi-Wan joined Padme in laughing at his ridiculous mate.

What more could he wish than this
moment, joy filling their apartment, well wishers for the start of
their family and Anakin’s warmth surrounding him?

‘Well guva fruit would be a nice
touch.’ Obi-Wan wiggled to his feet, heading towards the overloaded
table of food, tail flickering as he went and laughing as Anakin
instantly trailed him, the blond getting his own plate with a playful
grin as he feed Obi-Wan one of the slices of fruit without a care.

Life was sweet, just like the guva
fruit.

For «Benefitofsweet». I’m so excited about this ‘verse! I would love to see Yan’s reaction, I can see him being supportive (and happy to get one over on the order) and treating Obi-Wan like a concerned Grandparent would. And I wonder how long it will take for the council to realise that Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon aren’t coming back.

Obi-Wan left first.

There was no other
choice really unless they wanted the Council to become suspicious and
though the council were sad to see Obi-Wan go, they did not seem too
shocked which hurt somewhere deep down in Obi-Wan.

Still, it made it
easier for him to make his escape with the ship Yan had sent for him,
Qui-Gon coming to give a personal goodbye and to hold him tight for
as long as he could. “Yan will look after you, make sure you’re
safe,” The alpha murmured, nosing his large broken nose into the
others neck to find the gland. “Stay on Serenno, I’ll come after
in a week and the Order won’t be able to say anything and any
accusation will ring false if they attempt it once they learn the
truth.” His hands tightened on Obi-Wan, reluctant to give him up.

“I’ll be
careful,” Obi-Wan promised before kissing the other sweetly. “And
when you arrive, you can claim me but until then I’ll stay safe
with Yan… as long as you keep yourself hidden and don’t give
anything away to the Jedi.” He said sternly.

Smirking a bit,
Qui-Gon tapped him on the nose. “I’ve been doing this since I was
younger than you, don’t worry about me.” He winked.

Cupping Qui-Gon’s
face with a wry hum, Obi-Wan shrugged as he thumbed the mans cheeks.
“Well, that’s a mate’s prerogative, to worry and care so I’m
sorry to say that I’ll continue to do just that.”

A goofy grin
crossed Qui-Gon’s face before he stole one last kiss and stepped
back, grumbling loudly and then nodding, stepping down the ramp and
into Coruscant’s light, turning to give Obi-Wan a wave before the
ramp closed up.

Finally Obi-Wan let
out a lonely little whimper before sighing deeply and making his way
to the cockpit to inform the pilot that they could go as soon as they
got clearance.

Then he went to his
quarters, ignoring the guard droids Yan had stationed to protect
Obi-Wan and instead settled down to meditate. ‘Its just until Qui
can join me. Just until he can follow behind to Serenno and it will
be us two.’ He told himself sternly as he tried to release his
anxieties into the Force while cupping his stomach carefully.

It didn’t make
him feel much better even if it was logical.

“Obi-Wan!” Yan
drew the younger man into his arms, hugging him tight. “When
Qui-Gon told me you needed a ship out I got worried, what is going
on?” He questioned with a deep frown as the older omega pulled him
along from the landing platform of his property, guiding him towards
a skycar.

“Qui-Gon didn’t
tell you anything?” Obi-Wan asked quietly in return as he allowed
himself to be escorted, noting from the corner of his eyes that one
of the servants had his bag and would bring it to his and Qui-Gon’s
room as usual.

Shaking his head,
Yan opened the skycar door. “No, obviously he didn’t feel secure
in telling me even over a secure line. You haven’t been discovered
or suspected have you?” Yan asked in concern, icy eyes narrowed
with worry.

Shaking his head,
Obi-Wan sat down heavily and pressed his hands to his stomach. “No,
I’m pregnant.” He confessed quietly and Yan sat down heavily
beside him, waving a hand for the driver to get a drift off.

Obviously that took
the older Sith off-guard but after a moment he relaxed, letting out a
quiet laugh. “Well, that’s better than I thought. Does this mean
you’re both finally coming to live with me instead of trying this
absurd idea of Qui-Gon to change things from within?” He raised a
brow.

Smiling, Obi-Wan
nodded. “Qui-Gon said he’d follow a week after me and I just had
to be patient.” He huffed a bit before allowing Yan to pull him
close and wrap his dark and expensive cape around Obi-Wan’s
shoulder along with his arm.

“Idiot apprentice
of mine forgets how needy an omega can be at times of turmoil,” Yan
rolled his eyes while rubbing at the others shoulder slowly. “I
imagine you’ve been quite lonely and touch starved on that ship
hmm?” He smiled soothingly when Obi-Wan blushed. “No shame
Obi-Wan. I remember well my own lonely days when separated from
everyone I trusted but you’re here now and I’m more than willing
to stand in as your rightful grandfather.” He chuckled, the wind
catching their hair and clothes.

Settling his head
on Yan’s shoulder Obi-Wan truly relaxed for the first time since he
found out he was pregnant.

What happens in day to day when the clones drop their demands to get paid and be declared citizens? Does it knock Palpatine’s plan out?

There’s a roar in
the senate that doesn’t silence even when they are dismissed
because the clone troopers are demanding rights.

Its all over
Coruscant in less than an hour and reaches out into the galaxy
because the troopers has made it about more than the Jedi and
intersex rights now, its also about the troopers and those wise
enough to see it can see the ploy.

The troopers had
brought their own grievances to the Senate with the Jedi to have
more, to disrupt and to conquer.

As the old adage
goes, divide and conquer.

Divide the
Senators, divide the people and divide the support.

It would make it
easier to fight it all and the entire Senate is in disarray.

Some support
intersex but not Jedi, some support Jedi but not troopers and some
support none of it but know they can’t be seen as wholly
disapproving of it all and its become a convoluted mess, just like
the troopers intended.

And Anakin can’t
stop laughing up in the council chamber as he’s told, the knight
laughing until he grows dizzy and has to sit on the council marble
floor, wheezing as his pregnant lover waddles from his chair to kneel
down and rub Anakin’s back with a small frown that couldn’t quite
hide the way his lips were twitching.

Plo Koon wasn’t
even trying to hide his grin, ever so pleased at his sons as Wolffe
had been among the ten man strong elite of the trooper command to
appear in the Senate with their demands for right and pay. Kit Fisto
looks smug too where he sits reclined in his seat.

“The idiots are
behaving like headless chickens.” Anakin hooted in delight.

“Anakin.”
Obi-Wan scolded before yipping a bit in surprise as Anakin pulled the
other Jedi into his lap, cradling the redhead to him with a wide
grin.

“Anyone who can’t
see how great you and the guys are deserve to be called idiots.” He
teased before nosing at his lover.

“We haven’t had
it this fun since the war started Obi-Wan,” Plo chuckled, leaning
forward. “Let him laugh.”

There was some
grumbles until Evan Piell of all members reached into his own chair
and pulled out a bottle of alcohol. At the others looks he shrugged
while cracking it open. “Plo’s right. Though I still think we
should discus the merit of Depa’s suggestion.” He took a swing of
his drink and gave a pleased shiver. Apparently good vintage.

Blinking at the
council, wondering why they were allowing him to witness whatever
plan they were plotting now as Windu turned to him, Anakin raised his
brows.

And then it became
clear because it involved Obi-Wan and their currently unborn child.

Staring blankly at
Windu, Anakin held protectively onto Obi-Wan. “You all want Obi-Wan
to go to the Senate, in his thinner tunic shift, show off his
obviously pregnant body and while pregnant and supposed to be
avoiding stress, something the healers themselves have been
firm on, ‘debate’ with the Senate and all those who would prefer
to see Obi-Wan dead than living as he is?” He said flatly, a none
of ire in his voice.

It was Depa who
answered. “Think about it Knight Skywalker, most of these Senator’s
have never meet an intersexual individual. They’re just parroting
what they have been taught, maybe decades of traditions or
misconception and outright hate they have been taught to live with by
parents who were taught the same rhetoric. Obi-Wan however is a
shining example of intersexual people, in a vulnerable state,
fighting for his rights. He won’t go alone,” She added quickly
when Anakin opened his mouth. “In his current state its clear he
can not fight, especially since the cartilage of his hips are
softening to prepare for what will come. We will go together, you can
come too. Obi-Wan won’t be alone.” Depa soothed.

Sulking, Anakin
gave Obi-Wan his attention when the other grasped his hands.
“Obi-Wan…” He said warily.

“Anakin please,”
The master started, sighing a bit. “All my life I’ve been worried
about the galaxy finding out what I am but… if no one fights,
nothing changes and I would like to think that someday intersexual
people weren’t… ashamed of who they were born as.” He said
quietly.

Rubbing the others
hands in his, Anakin stared at him as Obi-Wan fell mute while
struggling against his emotions.

What used to be
easy to handle could now easily trigger a crying fit for the other
and Anakin knew how much Obi-Wan valued his control. “…Alright,”
He whispered, pressing a kiss to Obi-Wan’s forehead, uncaring what
the council thought about the affection. It was pretty damn clear he
and Obi-Wan had been doing a lot more. “But there is nothing about
you to be ashamed of Obi-Wan and I hope one day you’ll believe
that.” He said quietly while hugging the other close, nosing soft
red hair.

Wryly he wondered
what his fifteen year old self would have said if told he’d one day
be cradling his own master in the council chamber of all places.

Wryly he wondered
what his fifteen year old self would have said if told he’d one day

Burning bird- Obi talks to Ani about his vision.

As he started to
get larger, Obi-Wan also started to slow down a lot more, becoming
more a nesting creature than a social creature since his instincts
demanded he keep himself and his burgeoning lives safe from harm.

Good thing people
didn’t mind visiting him in his room and sitting either on the
bedside or the floor to speak with him.

Yan of course
pulled a chair to sit on but that was him being his usual self so
Obi-Wan didn’t mind.

Some of the younger
clones and Boba he even allowed to crawl into his nest with him to
cuddle, needing the physical comfort when Anakin was off in the
Kamino facility, teaching the clones, planning or training with Jango
and the brothers.

His stomach was so
swollen with the babies now, Obi-Wan hoped it wouldn’t get bigger
but something told him they would and he’d be reduced to waddling
all over.

Pouting a bit, he
carefully disentangled himself from his nest and carefully made his
way towards the kitchen, needing tea.

Of course he got
caught up in a full fledged mechanic argument as Anakin stubbornly
held on to that the P something was the superior machine to a machine
Jango was tooting as the best as several of the brothers pinged in
with what they thought were the best and what they had flown with in
simulations.

Chuckling softly at
that, Obi-Wan limped to the kitchen and half noticed the silence
before Anakin was suddenly there, trilling softly into his ear while
hugging as Jango and the others went back to their discussion as
Anakin joined Obi-Wan in the kitchenette instead. “You’re
limping. Is it your hip again?” The blond nosed at Obi-Wan’s hair
and ear in an affectionate move.

“Yeah, but we
were warned about this. Cartilage is softening in my hip area to make
the space necessary, you remember right?” Obi-Wan put his hand to
the counter to push himself up on his toes only for Anakin to quickly
reach up and grab the sapir tea tin, putting it down in front of
Obi-Wan. “Anakin…” He grumbled.

“Please don’t
push yourself mate,” Anakin nosed at him again, rubbing Obi-Wan’s
stomach with one hand. “The healers said you would have to accept
help as you get bigger. You’re not an embarrassment, just my lovely
mate, I love helping you.” He assured

Muttering with a
bit of a blush in his cheek, Obi-Wan measured up tea instead of
answering as he waited on the pot to boil.

So he was a tiny
bit ashamed of how his changing body reduced some of his abilities if
he didn’t fill it out with the Force as a crutch. It was just so
strange to no longer be able to reach his toes without sitting down
or how his hip ached daily because of the softened cartilage and than
there was the constant hormones not to speak about the nightmares he
was having.

Pausing a bit,
Obi-Wan rested a hand over Anakin’s before turning slowly, ignoring
the boiling water kettle as he peered up into blue eyes. “…Anakin,
I might be having visions.” He started only to hesitate even as
Anakin tensed against him.

The fellow
starbirds eyes turned dark as he cupped Obi-Wan to him, trying to
make himself bigger somehow and simultaneously cover Obi-Wan up from
view. “Tell me everything.” He demanded quietly and intently, a
string of worry in his voice.

Pressing his nose
to Anakin’s neck, Obi-Wan sunk into him and quietly told him each
detail he could of the maybe vision, the sensation of hands, the
brush of air past his ear and how it did not feel like Anakin.
He left nothing out even as it made him nauseous and frightened,
clinging to his mate.

“I won’t let
them collar you, never ever, not my mate,” Anakin crooned quietly,
holding Obi-Wan tightly to him as he ran one hand comfortingly up and
down the others back. “No slavers and no Sith will ever have you,”
His hand cupped around the swollen stomach covetously and
protectively at the same time. “Nor our children.” Anakin swore.

‘No… Ani would
burn planets before he allowed our little birds to be taken.’ That
should alarm Obi-Wan as a Jedi but all it did in that moment was
reassure him as he sunk into the other man, fine tremors rolling
through his body as he was held tight by his mate.
