Do you have any plans to move all your fics onto AO3? Just curious because it’d be easier to read/reread some of your older stuff if it’s there.

nervous little twitch* …all of them? Each and everyone? Dear lord
no. Do you know how much I’d SPAM the entire star wars tag like
that? Just…YIKES.

And I’m lazy. Like really lazy.

Horrendously lazy.

Slovenly, I just want to throw a frozen
pizza in the oven and eat pizza all day lazy, most days between the
chronic pain, bad mind days and just life, lazy.

Look, I get it, I should move it, I
should start slow and carefully and get stuff over to AO3. But…I
just…

I don’t know okay?

I should do it. I know I should. It
would certainly make it easier for all of you. Its just…a lot of
work for one person.

May I ask your view on quigon? you seem to have a varied one over several fics.

Oh don’t get me wrong, I love Qui-Gon Jinn.

But I’m not blind to his flaws, the start of Obi-Wan’s relation to him could have been better and he seems to have a singular mind when it comes to visions. Granted, Yoda could not have manipulated the situation and the Jedi Order could have treated Obi-Wan better but Obi-Wan was a child and Qui-Gon did a few things wrong in the start.

They got better and Qui-Gon never abused Obi-Wan that’s for sure.

Perhaps a bit neglect though?

I got to admit, most of what I’ve learned is through fics and wiki since I haven’t been able to read the book series of Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan.

If you’re referring to my stories though…

Well sometimes I have to write it in the position of the character that learns the information second hand, the way they understand it.

Anakin and Ahsoka and the clones…they didn’t know Qui-Gon, not really, their assumptions base their reactions and how the fic works if its settled in their point of view at the time.

Did Qui-Gon do wrong? Yes.

Was he a monster? No.

And he cared for Obi-Wan, we know that.

But he could be a bit blind.

That’s the thing about character, we love them for being humans. And humans…we’re full of flaws. All the fucking time.

Do you have a place you recommend to look for doujin-shi or comics?

Well, the only place I’ve found anything is pixiv.com.

I’ve found a few. You have to be a member though and if you don’t know…I think its japanese? you’re kind of out of luck and fumbling around on insticts and sign recognition more then actual knowledge. Both for figuring it out and reading, I kind of just look at the pretty images people put so much effort into and try to understand via body language.

I wish I had more but so far that’s the only thing I’ve found. And when you’re bored and wanting to read…well eh.

Ps: Except for on tumblr and the occasional comic. Yes I’ve read agesquash ^^

Aww thank you! I
try my best!

And yes I’m
fine, I’m healing up from a surgery I had. Not to go into details
but was to improve my life quality. I just have to continue to set
blood thinning shots for a few weeks, take my painkillers and not do
to much heavy work. I actually have a checkup tomorrow so if the
first posts of the day (my day) are a bit late, that’s why. I’m
going to take the chance to spoil myself with a fresh and perhaps
exotic smoothie since the checkup is in a big town instead of my
little rural farm area.
