in a more heart wrenching mood. Could you write something with either
suicidal!obiwan or only puts off thoughts of suicide with
resposibility (aka reason he clings to duty- he might be low key
suicidal, but he’s trying to live and outlast his depression) (I’ve
been having some bad head space days so…not right now I’m sorry)
So
what do you think causes Obi-Wan to be a trouble magnet? Plus, I have
a hard time believing that Obi-Wan did not end up in any trouble on
Tatooine as Ben Kenobi unless a broken, devastated heart dimmed his
light enough that the shadows of the universe dont take as much
notice of Ben as before. Example I believe that he had to have done
something to earn his reputation as wizard of the desert. [And how to
balance that without being outed as a former jedi] (I really just
don’t know what to write. For some reason I’m thinking about the
Obi-Wan on Tatooine comics now)

a thought for an AU: A healer(s) jedi or clone medic travels back in
time [how far is your choice], but the only information they retain a
firm grasp on from the future is a laundry list of everyone’s
injuries and illness-physical and mental [even if they didn’t know
them well]. ….Obiwan has the most extensive list outside of death.
(Which, judging by how quickly most everyone else perished….) Just
the healer knowing of their current/future patients cause of death
would change something

Instead of leaving mandalore after the death of Satine a emotionally
compromised obi wan chooses to stay in the hopes of defeating Maul
never realising that the threat has already been neutralised by
Sidious. As it’s a neutral system the republic and Jedi refuse to
send aid to help either of the warring death watch factions or the
stranded Jedi who should never have been there in the first place.
Obi-wan over time accidentally ends up becomes the leader of his
death watch faction.
