Y’all think Obi-Wan sometimes just
wraps his arms around himself and hugs himself as tightly as he can
for comfort?

I sometimes consider that.

Just him, wrapping his arms around
himself, pretending its Qui-Gon or Anakin or someone he cares about
trying to comfort him for a few staggered moments where he just
pretends.

Especially after Order 66.

Pretends he’s safe, pretends someone
cares only to be utterly crushed when he opens his eyes and its just
his arms wrapped around himself on Tatooine with the sand, wondering what went
wrong with everything.

Moddy, do you think that Leia and Han were good parents? From what I’ve read (the Aftermath Series, Bloodlines, etc) I’m inclined the believe that they were not, but that’s my opinion. What do you think?

Now I haven’t read them and honestly have no frame of reference
but… lets take both persons into account.

A passion driven Senator aide/worker princess whose been tortured and
is of a world that got destroyed turned rebel turned war general
turned senator again? Always driven for the cause and is trying her
best but may get consumed in said goals because of the horror she
experienced.

And a smuggler whose primary concern tends to be himself though he
has a heart of gold that he tries to hide and has spent his life
trying not to care and taking care of himself and Chewie, running in
the underworld whose been exposed to his own brand of horror and may
have damage from being carbon frozen?

All points to them being… okay parents but not the greatest.

That’s the thing though, parents aren’t always great. But they
loved Ben, of that I’m sure, tried to provide their best for him I
imagine but fell to short of perhaps things they didn’t always
understand.

Spirits know my parents don’t understand me all the time and I
don’t have special gifts like the Force or a curse like the dark
side user tugging in me.

I think they tried.

I think sometimes that’s all parents can do.

But this is just me talking out of my ass so who knows *shrugs*

Moddy: Brain no, focus on the series…

Brain: But its a storm going on and the knee hurts like a
bitch…imagine paralyzed omega Obi-Wan being carried around because
it happened on the mission and they have to show up in the council
chamber so he’s being carried bridal style!

Moddy: …damn it.

Okay, rephrase people.

Series will get priorities for those of you confused.

Because honestly, I feel like I got a thousand balls in the air at
one moment.

That however does NOT mean that I wont be writing anything new, I
can’t really control how the muse decides to bite me so yeah and
there’s always so much interesting going on. That will also mean
I’m going to be even more picky then usual about the prompts I
choose to write I’m sorry to say because at this point I REALLY
need to finish at least one or two of the series in play…

If you want to help though…

Read through a few of your favorite series, follow the chrono tag for
its series, check the tags out on it or if it feels like it has a
natural conclusion and prompt for those.

Just basically, I’m looking at a few prompts and wondering how long
they’re going to be in play because there are quite a few I’ve
outright lost interest for or even forgotten and I’m not sure how
to force myself to write.

You can see the problem there.

Anyhow, I hope this clears it up people, sorry for the confusion.

Love Moddy! ❤
