i am dying to know the council’s reaction to all this in areyouafraid. please say it’s an instant and unanimous decision that HE MUST BE PROTECTED AT ALL COSTS

He honestly
shouldn’t be piggybacking the Jedi but…he is.

Cody can’t quite
help himself, doesn’t want to let go of Obi-Wan. This young Jedi
who smiles at them and laughs with such warmth and plays hide and
seek of all things.

There is something
torn in the green eyes but not like their General.

Not like in the
Jedi Commanders they now meet.

Cody dreads to say
it, but there is something innocent about their very young General.
Something that hasn’t been broken yet and hasn’t gone sad like
how Obi-Wan Kenobi, General and Master Jedi, is.

Something that
torn that exists in the eyes of the young commanders like Ahsoka Tano
and this young man does not have it.

He has a smile
that glows, a laugh that charms and a personality to match.

So its with great
reluctance that the troopers follow order this time, bringing this
young version of their General to the temple that is his home.

Wearing tunic and
robes several sizes to big for him, Obi-Wan walks beside the
Commander who had his helmet under his arm, looking around the temple
as if confused, looking more like a lost lothcat then a Jedi padawan.
“Huh…”

“Obi-Wan? What’s
the matter?” Cody questioned lightly, making sure to keep his steps
light on the stone floor of the temple. For some reason marching made
Jedi nervous when in the temple and Cody and the vods tried to avoid
it when they were there.

Which wasn’t
often honestly.

But he was loath
to leave little Obi-Wan alone.

“It feels
so…empty.” Obi-Wan looked up at him then at an open doorway, a
frown on his face. “I know you told me the galaxy has been at war
for almost three years but…the temple feels so…empty.”

“Oh…” Cody
wasn’t sure what to answer to that.

They hadn’t been
able to hide from Obi-Wan that the galaxy was at war but had managed
to avoid answering the most in dept question with ‘the Jedi Council
will have to answer you, I’m sorry Obi-Wan.’ and the teen had for
the most part accepted that.

Grumpily but
accepted it.

Mostly.

He did hack the
computers after all.

It was kind of
hilarious.

Until Obi-Wan
somehow ended up in Trapper’s porn collection.

There had been an
hour yelling after that and Obi-Wan staring at them with slightly to
large eyes.

The two took the
elevator up to the high council chambers, Cody resting a hand on the
teens shoulder and smiling down at him. “Its going to be alright
Obi-Wan.” He murmured.

Obi-Wan smiled up
at him, eyes large and green in an over sized robe and tunic.

‘…Sweet First
Light, we need to look after him.’

Apparently the
Council had the same view.

Now Cody was no
expert on the High Generals but there was something in most of their
faces that said. ‘Protect, now, little, look after, NOW.’ As he
stood by the doors and watched. At least vods and the High Generals
were in agreement here.

“Hello Padawan
Kenobi, long time since last see you were.” Yoda greeted, smiling
faintly.

Obi-Wan bowed
perfectly to them and smiled shyly back. “Masters.” He greeted, a
faint lips coming out.

Windu covered his
lips with his fist but Cody could spot a faint lip twitch at the
corners, resisting the urge to smile.

“You seem to
have gotten yourself into a little bit of trouble haven’t you.”
Billaba leaned forward, not even resisting the smile.

“I seem to have
Masters.” Obi-Wan lifted his hands, large robe sleeves falling over
his hands and covering them up. “Perhaps little isn’t the right
word though masters.”

“I think that’s
the right word indeed young Kenobi.” Koon chuckled warmly before
getting up and moving over to him, kneeling down in front of the
padawan. “May I?” He held out a clawed hand.

Cody watched
Obi-Wan pull the large robe back take the hand and smile meekly at
Koon. “Yes Master.”

‘Some Jedi mumbo
jumbo I guess.’ Cody watched them, curious as the rest of the
Council just watched.

“…It feels
temporary.” Koon suddenly said. “For now our friend here will be
his padawan self for a while but temporary since he’s not on the
origins of the cause anymore. Had you stayed where you were deaged,
you may have become even younger Padawan Kenobi.” He smiled before
getting up and returning to his seat.

“Stay at the
temple you will then. Until grown again you are.” Yoda chuckled.

“Oh…can I see
my Master now then?” Obi-Wan questioned hopefully.

All amusement
vanished from the room like a cold breeze and Cody tensed behind
them.

“…Padawan
Kenobi.” Windu sat up, hands resting against his knees. “…Your
master is dead I’m sorry to say. He’s been dead for the last
twelve years. I’m sorry.”

“…Oh.”
Obi-Wan’s voice was barely over a whisper. “I see…”

He bit his bottom
lip until it was pale, thin shoulders trembling ever so slightly.

Windu pushed
himself from his seat and moved to the young one, placing his hand on
the shoulder. “…I’ll show you to where you now live.” He
offered, his voice taking Cody by surprise. It was very gentle. “Lets
get you into some fitting clothes and get you some tea, hmm?”

“…I’d like
that Master.” Obi-Wan whispered.

Windu looked to
the trooper. “Thank you Commander, the temple will take over for
now.”

“Yes sir.”
Cody saluted but hoped they’d still see tiny Obi-Wan a bit more.

So I read the possessive clones prompt and answer and loved it. Then scrolled down and choked at an image of Padawan kenovi. I haven’t seen the phantom menace since I was small. So he looked like a grown up. But he’s adorable!! Can I have a protective loving 212th with a de aged to teen Kenobi? He looks like a shiny!! And all obi wan knows is that he’s surrounded by people who care for him and don’t want to hurt him and look the same but Qui Gon is gone and he can’t feel him anywhere. Cue clones

“So you’re
afraid?” Obi-Wan wasn’t looking at them and Cody gritted his
teeth.

“…Yes.” He
finally got out, unable to lie to the other man at that moment.

“Good, that
means you’re alive.” Obi-Wan stared at the sparkling field, the
light catching the subtle blue in his usually so green eyes.
“Remember that feeling, it might be what pushes you to survive.”

Cody felt his
stomach twist at those words.

Soldiers weren’t
suppose to be scared.

They were suppose
to march on.

But this…this
moon was like nothing they had ever experienced before.

Their General had
called it a Sith construction.

Lightning rose
from the ground around them, separating them from their ship.

They had only been
there to examine and gather information about the strange moon, not
get grounded by Waxer accidentally triggering the moons defenses when
he had fallen onto the alter of a small temple they had found.

It was the only
safe spot from what they could tell.

Obi-Wan had his
eyes on the ground the entire time, was obviously seeing something
they couldn’t. And then he had thrown a crumbled brick from the
temple down into the energy.

The stone had
just…evaporated.

It had left a
copper feeling in Cody’s mouth and obviously the General had felt
what had gone through them at that moment.

“General…”

“Look.” The
Jedi pointed to a spot where the lightning was not going. “That
pedestal there. That’s the off ‘button’.”

“That’s…far
away. I don’t think we can reach it.”

“No…you can’t
reach it.” Obi-Wan offered slowly.

()()()

Cody clung to the
slight body in his arms, desperate not to let go.

That moment when
his General had suddenly jumped, going further then any unassisted
human normally could was printed onto the retina of his eyes still as
the man landed in the middle of the storm of energy sparkling around
him.

Some of it had hit
the General but he had continued to the pedestal, had run even with
the storm hitting around him until he reached it and then…collapsed
at the pedestal as the storm died out around him.

If there was ever
a moment Cody had honestly feared for Obi-Wan’s life, it had been
then as he had rushed, tripped on his own feet, crashed to the dirt
while the smell of ozone reached his nose.

And then he had
reached the fallen shape and scooped him up, barely thinking as he
had run for the ship with the others following, unknowing how long
the energy would stay off.

Whatever the
General had scarified would not be for nothing.

“Commander, I
need to have a look at him.” He looked up at the medic, blinking
before nodding, easing his grip on the slight shape only to stare.

He was not the
only.

Helix blinked down
at the barefaced teenager in Cody’s arms.

Copper haired and
beardless, wearing their general’s clothes and slightly signed from
the storm looking was their now youthful looking General.

“Koth.” Helix
whispered before reaching out and brushing the copper hair of the
dirty and sweaty face of the teen before resting his fingers at the
pulse point.

Strong and steady.

At least some
relief.

The rest crowded
around them at the ramp, looking down at the soft, teenage version of
their General.

“…He looks
like a shiny.” Switch finally offered what they were all thinking.

“Shut up.
Helix?”

“He’s…fine.
I mean, changed but he’s fine as far as I can tell.” Helix
continued gently touching the young Jedi. “I need to get him up in
medical bay to check properly though. And we’ll need to contact the
High Generals.”

There was a tiny
shuffle and then Obi-Wan opened his eyes slowly, blinking up at them
with confusion in his bright green eyes.

“…Hi?”

()()()

Obi-Wan felt
horrible, he felt stiff and horrible, like he’d been electrocuted.

And he couldn’t
feel his Master.

But he was being
held and he felt safe despite being stiff and not feeling Master. So
he opened his eyes to look up at a group of men who all looked the
same. “…Hi?” He offered them.

They looked at
each other before looking back at Obi-Wan, who blinked at them.

“Hello there.”
The one holding him offered in return, gentle as he stood with
Obi-Wan in his arms. “Can you…tell us where you are?”

Obi-Wan glanced
about but as best he could tell, he was in a cargo room?
“A…ship?”

“Good guess but
do you know the name?” The man continued. “Do you…know us?”

Obi-Wan hesitated
before shaking his head. “No to both of those questions…but you
feel safe. The Force tells me you’re safe.”

The man closed his
eyes for a few seconds before opening them again. “My name is
Commander Cody. I think its best that we get you to the rest of the
Jedi order little one.” He murmured.

“That would be
nice…could I rest until then? I feel…very sore.” The arms
tightened protectively around Obi-Wan’s sore frame at that and the
dark skinned man gave a sharp nod, smiling gently at him.

“Of course
Obi-Wan.”

‘I never gave
you my name.’ He wanted to be suspicious. But the Force told him he
was safe and he was just so tired and sore.

Instead he cuddled
into the man holding him and closed his eyes, wondering where in all
galaxy’s name his Master was.

So I read the possessive clones prompt and answer and loved it. Then scrolled down and choked at an image of Padawan kenovi. I haven’t seen the phantom menace since I was small. Okay, last time imma try this bc I think it may have gotten eaten. sorry if this is a repeat. But for vader raising baby obiwan. With Obi Wan no longer protecting Luke, what if vader finds Luke too? And ends up taking care of both boys? And maybe Obi Wan sort of remembers Luke so he ends up being really protective of Luke? Thank you.

“He’s fat.”
Obi-Wan announced brightly and Anakin almost started to laugh at
that, smirking down at the redhead.

“He’s little.
You’re chubby too.” He responded instead, shifting Luke to settle
him on his left side before reaching down to lift Obi-Wan up too,
having both boys settled against him.

“Nuhu, I’m
awesome stuff.” Obi-Wan beamed at him before peeking at Luke. “Is
he going to be my brother?” He wiggled a bit.

“Yes. And yes
you can play with him, but you have to be careful with him. He’s
only three and you’re bigger then him.”

That got a slow
and serious nod out of Obi-Wan who reached out and promptly poked
Luke in the nose.

Startled blue eyes
opened and the two stared at each others before Luke started to
giggle and hid himself in Anakin’s chest, peeking at Obi-Wan from
the dark folds of clothes ever so shyly.

“Yup, he’s
mine now.” Obi-Wan beamed.

“I think you
have to lick him to claim him.” Anakin chuckled.

There was a
contemplating silence.

“…Don’t lick
him Obi-Wan.”

“You’re the
one who suggested it.”

“I was joking
little one.” Anakin added dryly as he finally reached the quarters
that had been prepared for both kids. ‘I’m going to have my hands
full between these two, Palpatine being a melted ass and the Empire,
aren’t I?’ He thought dryly as he settled Obi-Wan down.

“I’m sharing
with Luke!?” Obi-Wan beamed when he saw there were two beds.

“Yup, you’re
going to look after Luke when I’m not around, just like how the
troopers look after you when I’m not around.”

Obi-Wan nodded
seriously at that, beaming happily.

“Now, behave,
play together, I’m going to send Cody and Rex to you two and they
can stay with you both and help you. I need to work.” He gave both
a little hair ruffle, smiling when they both giggled.

He had been so
surprised when he had landed on Tatooine, feeling that presence that
felt so alike Padme. With Owen and his wife he had found his and
Padme’s son and he had wondered if this was where Obi-Wan had
placed Luke.

Perhaps it was and
perhaps it was someone else.

But Luke had been
safe.

Speaking with the
boy it hadn’t taken him long to get his trust because Luke knew
Owen wasn’t his father. And here his father was and that was
something Luke desperately wanted.

Anakin wondered if
Luke would ever miss Tatooine but banished that thought.

That rock was only
sand and despair anyhow with a strong slave trade.

He felt his lips
twist at the thought.

Palpatine had not
given him many of the promises Anakin had fallen for.

None of them
really.

‘Is this the
galaxy you want them to grow up in?’ A voice so alike Padme’s
whispered mournfully in his mind and he took a deep breath.

‘No…’ He
pinched his lips together.

No this was not
the galaxy he wanted Obi-Wan and Luke to grow up in.

‘…I’m going
to have to do something I don’t want to if I want to change that.’
Anakin pressed his lips together, eyes glowing yellow.

‘Palpatine has
ruled enough, three years is more then enough…’ Lighting
flickered over his hand. ‘Long live Emperor Skywalker I guess.’

He was going to
make everything better.

Okay, last time imma try this bc I think it may have gotten eaten. sorry if this is a repeat. But for vader raising baby obiwan. With Obi Wan no longer protecting Luke, what if vader finds Luke too? For the Sith and Child AU, what about some hurt!Qui-Gon? With a veeeeeery worried smol Obi-Wan ^.^

Clinging to the large hand, Obi-Wan
stared at his pale father with wide eyes before crawling in beside
him on the bed, tucking in close and possessively. Qui-Gon was so
pale and looked like he was just a moment away from…

“Shh…” Qui-Gon mumbled, stroking
the copper haired child’s hair slowly. “I’m alright Obi-Wan. A
minor injury.” He rumbled, trying to assure the little one against
him who had woken him up with his worry.

“If it was minor you wouldn’t be
here papa.” Obi-Wan whispered into him.

“Okay, it was big. But I’m alive.”
He murmured.

He shifted a hand slowly, feeling numb
and tired as he settled it into the others copper hair. “You’re
not suppose to be here though.” He pointed out after a few moment.

“Snuck out. Savage was distracted.”
Obi-Wan sniffled.

‘I bet he was, Maul losing most of
his two legs would distract him.’ Qui-Gon thought in a dazed sort
of amusement as he continued to run his fingers through the soft
copper hair of his boy. “You snuck out then.”

“Uhu, Grandpa Yan was pacing around
and yelling at the Jedi.” Obi-Wan fisted his little hands into the
medical shirt Qui-Gon was wearing. “So I snuck out.”

“Course you did.” Qui-Gon chuckled,
unable to be angry with his little boy as the scarred child looked up
at him from his chest.

“…What happened daddy?”

“Remember the bad man who took you?”
Qui-Gon murmured, stroking slowly and steadily along the child’s
tender skull.

“Uhu.” Obi-Wan nodded.

“Well he tried to hurt Grandpa Yan
and ruin the truce again. So we had to defend ourselves. And he hurt
both me and Maul.”

“Oh.” Obi-Wan whispered, blinking a
bit before looking up at him. “Does that mean he’s gone now?”

“Yes little one. He’s never going
to bother us again.” Qui-Gon smirked before shifting a bit, letting
out a slight whimper of pain. “But we’re going to need some time
to heal up after this and Maul is most likely going to need prostetic
legs.”

“Oh.” Obi-Wan nuzzled into him
before settling. “Can I stay here?”

“I’d like that little one.”
Qui-Gon settled the blankets slowly around the both of them, making
sure Obi-Wan wasn’t laying on any of the wounds left behind on him.
Honestly he should be in a bacta tank but he hated those things
intensely and would rather rest up with a few bacta patches covering
him and on painkillers.

He chuckled when Obi-Wan gave a
relieved little sigh and nosed into him.

“…Daddy you smell weird.”

“I smell of medical stuff. Just like
when you got your eye. Remember?”

“Oh…did you get something
cyber-cyber…um…”

“Cybernetic and no little one. But
they had to fix me up and they used bacta on me to treat me.”
Qui-Gon hummed before closing his eyes.

He had almost fallen asleep when
Obi-Wan shifted again. “Daddy, can I get a puppy?”

“Maybe, we’ll talk about that once
we’re back on Serenno. Though honestly, I’d call Maul and Savage
your puppies.” He smirked.

Obi-Wan giggled into his side before
shuffling in close and closing his eyes.

This time he fell asleep and Qui-Gon
breathed out in relief.

He honestly needed to sleep.

At least Palpatine was never going to
darken their doorstep again. ‘If only I could put his head on a
spear…’ Qui-Gon let himself fall asleep to that thought with
Obi-Wan’s tiny body tucked against his chest.

For the Sith and Child AU, what about some hurt!Qui-Gon? With a veeeeeery worried smol Obi-Wan ^.^

Clinging to the large hand, Obi-Wan
stared at his pale father with wide eyes before crawling in beside
him on the bed, tucking in close and possessively. Qui-Gon was so

In that deaged Obi adopted by Vader verse you mentioned Obi wan hanging out with Cody—What does Cody think of this whole situation?

There was a soft noise and then a thump
against shin that caused Cody to look down, letting out a startled
noise as he saw a mop of copper hair and big green eyes staring up at
him. “Obi-Wan.” He knelt down and quickly picked up the child,
holding him. “What are you doing here?” The clone looked around
the room quickly but there were only vods in the training room.

No Vader.

Just vods and Obi-Wan.

The chubby two year old pouted at him.
“Wo’e up alone. Noms?” Obi-Wan requested hopefully before
putting his thumb in his mouth.

Cody made a low noise then looked to
Appo, nodding to the captain to make sure he had taken over. “Alright
Obi-Wan, noms.” He agreed, moving from the training room with the
chubby little boy.

He smiled a bit as the other rested his
fluffy head on Cody’s chest armor, still sucking on his thumb. “I
don’t think you’re suppose to suck your thumb little one. Didn’t
Lord Vader tell you not to?” He questioned as he stepped around an
officer.

Obi-Wan just giggled around his thumb.

“Did you wake up alone after Lord
Vader put you down for a nap?” Cody suddenly realized what may have
happened and Obi-Wan wrinkled his nose.

‘Guess I’m going to have to comm
Lord Vader so he doesn’t rip the station apart.’ The commander
thought dryly.

He could still remember his disbelief
as the Lord had arrived at the Executor with a tiny body wrapped both
protectively and possessively in his arms. He had at first assumed
that his former General had a child but no, no it was actually
Obi-Wan Kenobi, two and a half and not a Jedi.

Cody still didn’t understand the
whole thing.

Vader hadn’t really explained.

Something about a temple, ruins, weird
Force shenanigans and…just stuff Cody didn’t understand. What he
did understand was that they now had a two year old to look after
because this was not a traitor and needed to be cared for.

He passed his hand over the others
fluffy hair, smiling when Obi-Wan gave a little meeping coo around
his thumb.

“How does bread and yam sound
Obi-Wan?” Cody questioned, settling Obi-Wan down on a chair in the
little breakroom.

“Apple?”

“I’m sorry but there is no apples
on the stations at the moment, we’re going to have to wait until we
go planet side again.” Cody offered while pulling his helmet off
and placing it on the narrow table, chuckling a bit at the pout he
got. “The yam is apple though?”

“…Nut bread?”

“I’ll see if there is any.” The
trooper promised, rummaging through the packages of bread powder
rations, frowning a bit as the best he could find was a seed based
one. He wondered if Obi-Wan would notice hmm…

He glanced at him as the boy swung his
legs back and forth slowly, watching Cody with big green eyes.

‘…No I don’t think he will
notice.’ He thought as he smiled at the other. “Okay, just let me
grow the bread little one.”

“No wittle.” Obi-Wan pouted.

That just got a small laugh out of the
clone as he started making food for him, typing a quick message to
Lord Vader.

By the time Obi-Wan was chewing on his
meal rather happily, Vader had obviously read the message and found
them in the little breakroom, the yellow eyed man looking relieved as
he stood there with a nexus in his hand. “There you are.”

Obi-Wan looked up and beamed, yam on
his cheeks. “Ana!” Then he zeroed in on the soft plush, dropping
the sandwich on the plate. “Kitty!”

The little one squirmed out of his seat
and toddled over to his guardian, smacking into Vader’s shin like
he had with Cody earlier, looking up hopefully while reaching up for
the soft toy. Cody watched as the blonds face softened before he
knelt down, the plushie kept out of the way in midair as the man
reached into his belt and pulled out a package of wet napkins.

“Noooo!” Obi-Wan pouted when he saw
it.

“You’re sticky Obi-Wan. If you want
kitty you’re going to have to let me clean up your face and hands.”
Vader said patiently, smirking a bit when he was given a pair of
reluctant hands that he carefully wiped. “Good, its unsanitary to
have sticky hands you know.”

The boy just huffed and pouted more
before whining as his face was cleaned too, Vader being careful.

‘I guess little kids just don’t
like being cleaned.’ Cody mused.

“There we go.” Vader threw the
wadded napkin towards the disposer, hitting it without even looking
before he picked Obi-Wan up in his arms and gave him the kitty,
Obi-Wan instantly burrowing his face into it with a happy giggle now
that he had his reward.

Vader then focused on Cody and nodded.
“Thank you Commander. I forgot to set the security when I left him
for his nap.”

“It was no trouble sir. If you want I
can see about stationing someone outside his room next time in case
it repeats?”

“Perhaps.” Vader hummed while
cupping the back of Obi-Wan’s head gently, feathery red strands
escaping between his fingers. “We’ll see.” He then turned on
his heel and marched for the door, Obi-Wan waving at Cody over the
mans shoulder with a big smile on his face…and the ear of the cat
in his mouth.

‘Is he gnawing on the plushie ear?’
Cody blinked then shook his head, amused despite himself as he
started to clean up.
