Actually, I’m glad
someone asked about this since I got my own good reasons at least for
the difference.

From the comic
snips I managed to read, Palpatine starts gas lighting Anakin at a
rather young age. Grooming him to consider Palpatine as the person to
trust and consider in the highest esteem, eventually usurping all
trust Anakin has for both the order and Obi-Wan as steadily Palpatine
seems to be the only one to honestly understand him.

Coincidentally,
that’s how some high level abusers work too, grooming you in the same
manner. And honestly, Anakin was a former slave, getting his trust by
being understanding and kind to begin with, being for him where the
Order was none to understandable…well you can imagine. However
Qui-Gon is a maverick, he’s used to going against the grain and
despite his depression, he gets that Anakin needs a different kind of
hand, he manages to be the father figure Anakin needs and the
understanding precede that Palpatine tried to be in my dimension jump
story.

And that’s why Qui-Gon raised
Anakin is different compared to Obi-Wan raised Anakin in my story.

What if Tup resisted the chip enough to focus on Anakin and not kill a jedi?

I imagine things
would be a lot better honestly.

Anakin LOVES the
clones. He knows each of them, by names, likes and dislikes, at least
of his own men. He knows their fears and their hopes.

So he’d listen,
because if Tup could focus on him, well Anakin would figure out what
went wrong to make him do what he almost did. And Anakin would make
Obi-Wan listen to, who’d force the council to listen enough to at
least give Tup a medical examination.

Which would lead to
the discovery of the malfunctioned chip, why it did what it did and
the mass removal of said chips. Because Anakin knows what its like to
be a slave for all he wants to forget it, he won’t put up with that
chip. Never ever.

Also if this was a
prompt and not ask I am SO sorry. Sometimes its hard to tell.  

Also, being

Princess Leia is the bomb, and I don’t mean because of that skimpy bikini thing she’s got going but she has her planet destroyed, her family, her friends and practically everyone she knows and what does she do? She comforts Luke, she kicks ass!

Leia is the god damn
nuclear bomb, are we clear?

Here comes this lady,
recently tortured, her planet destroyed, those she loves DEAD and yet
what does she do?

She comforts Luke, she
bosses Han around and she fucking rips ass. I mean honestly, she
takes the Rebellion in her grasp and goes to war like no one else.
Put her and Palpatine in a room and I don’t care what anyone else
thinks, she’s going to kick his ass and stab a shiv in his spine. The
shiv she hid in her cinnamon bun hair style. She’s a powerful leader
and a spirits above, she will let you know. Though I do admit, it
would have been nice if someone comforted her too, her damn planet
blew apart thanks to the Empire after all. Perhaps that happens at
the Rebellion base though? I hope so, her having friends among her
fellow rebel leaders.
