one time i put ahsoka into hyperspace so she could just TAKE A NAP and they were all “can we cut this part?’ and I was all "she literally hasn’t slept since the book started” and then we put her in orbit and she got attacked by the Black Sun Agent.
There’s a line in the new High Republic series which is literally about hyperspace lanes that says “No one really understood hyperspace”, and I had to set the book down and laugh for an hour BECAUSE IT’S TRUE.

I know we messing about with this here and how weird it is but… that just reminded me of all the things humans have and things that happens and we DON’T know how it works, just that it does.
Like anasthesia for one, we apparently don’t understand how it works fully yet, the human heart too, how bees flies and so on. We just don’t know how it works, but dag nab it, it does… lol.
