EDIT: I forgot to clarify, this is NOT a frame by frame edit. This edit was made through the use of EbSynth, an auto-rotoscoping program. I had to do four edits to make this gif, which is much more reasonable than the 84 edits I would have had to do for a frame by frame edit. since the methods I used for this are so efficient, I intend to edit at least one full scene. Ultimately I would like to hire a Māori VA to dub over Rex’s lines, for the full de-whitewashed experience 🙂
