Does Obi work on developing his third eye/foresight in the snails are free? Is he able to improve his visions now that he knows the source of his abilities?

Cracking
open an eye, Obi-Wan stared at the little slug making it’s way past
him, blinking slowly as his brain slowly came up from sleep.

He
was heavy, laying on his side in his warm and comfortable bed,
underneath the fluffy blanket and duvet he had gotten especially when
he discovered how comfortable duvets really were.

Or
that’s what he thought at least, it wasn’t uncommon for Obi-Wan
Kenobi to feel heavy when he woke from deep sleep that may be a bit
Force influenced but this time it was more than just the Force he
discovered when he tried to move only to stop and lift his head ever
so slightly to look down his side.

All
along his side, slugs were resting, some clearly sleeping, some just
snuggled up as they perked up and waved when they noticed Obi-Wan
looking and some just seemingly making their way of to elsewhere and
had only taken a rest on him.

Blinking
slowly, Obi-Wan stared at the slugs as his brain slowly woke up.

‘…I
have about forty slugs on me, why do I have forty slugs on me?’ He
narrowed his eyes sleepily before dropping his head back down,
feeling Pinky nuzzle him. “…Anakin?” He called out, yawning
even as he raised his hand to gently rub Pinky’s soft, rubbery
head.

There
was a pause, Obi-Wan wondering if his padawan was awake or if he was
reading their bond wrong before his door slid open, revealing said
padawan in
sleepwear in
the doorway with a bowl in one hand and a spoon in the other. “You
rang ma-holy shit!” Anakin stared at him, eyes wide as he blinked
in shock.

Yawning
again, Obi-Wan gestured floppily to the creatures resting on him.
“Help? I think they’re affecting me. I feel so heavy and tired.”
He yawned helplessly once more.

Putting
his bowl
on Obi-Wan’s dresser and the spoon in the bowl, Anakin came over
and eyed the slugs carefully before reaching down and giving a few of
them gentle pets. “So hey there, I’m gonna have to move you guys.
Obi-Wan needs to get up.” He chirped before gently starting to pick
the up.

Some
of them gave displeased little chirps but didn’t use their mucus to
stick to the Jedi, so they were leaving willingly as Anakin instead
settled them on the pillow.

Finally,
all but Pinky, were removed, settled on the pillow and Anakin grasped
his master’s hands and carefully pulled the other man up as Obi-Wan
let out a bone cracking yawn. “How do you feel master?” He
watched closely as the third eye opened and closed.

Rubbing
his face, Obi-Wan let out a small noise, indistinct noise deep in his
chest. “Tired but not as much as before you removed the slugs. Good
work on removing them.” Obi-Wan sent a small smile up at him.

Glancing
at the snuggling up critters, Anakin grinned wryly. “You can see
them then, normally people don’t react to the snails.”
He happily moved back to his bowl, picking it up as Obi-Wan shuffled
to his feet.

Ignoring
Anakin’s little grimace at his bare feet, Obi-Wan let out a small
hum as he followed after the slipper wearing padawan. “I’ve
been trying out this,” He gestured to the third eye in the middle
of his brows. “Testing it and trying to get it working without the
Force actively sending me visions. I think that my awareness of the
third eye and trying to train it is making it easier to see without
you filtering Force through me.” He smiled sleepily at the younger
man.

Settling
down at the kitchen table as Obi-Wan got to work on tea and some
toast for himself, Anakin let out a considering noise of
understanding, nodding slightly. “Makes about as much sense as
anything else of this stuff.” He noted before shoveling more of his
cereal into his mouth, staring at the window for a moment as the
large tail swept by their window.

Then
he took notice of Obi-Wan again, the redhead having frozen against
the counter with his eyes on the floor.

“…Master?”
He murmured quietly, frowning faintly.

“…Did
the large slugs tail just pass by our window or was it something else
that made that shadow?” Obi-Wan noted quietly.

“…Tail,
how does your head feel?” Anakin’s face fell when Obi-Wan
grimaced and rubbed his temple. “So let’s try avoiding looking at
the window then, huh.” He noted quietly.

Nodding,
Obi-Wan let out a sharp breath through his nose before quite
pointedly turning his back to their kitchen window, giving Anakin a
small smile. “Progress though, I can see the shadow.” He noted
cheerfully, his
face falling with Anakin as they bought considered the same thing.

What
good was seeing the big one if every time he did, a headache or
potentially worse was to follow.
